We should all know by now that they can't promise perfect performance on something as viarable as a PC. Only thing most publishers would have to add is "Don't copy this and give to your friends." They really do waste alot of time and money writing a 10 page EULA Very nice,

We should all know by now that they can’t promise perfect performance on something as viarable as a PC.
